1. Honest use
You may submit only first-hand, honest experiences. Do not impersonate another person, coordinate ratings, accept undisclosed incentives, advertise, fabricate proof or use multiple accounts to manipulate scores.
2. Verification levels
Publication requires verified email plus automated integrity clearance. Reviews are labelled Verified identity, Verified invitation or Verified transaction according to the evidence available. Transaction matching is optional. A label does not prove every statement in a subjective review.
3. Prohibited content
Do not publish personal data, payment credentials, threats, unlawful material, discriminatory abuse, malware links or content you have no right to share.
4. Companies
Representatives must have authority and prove domain control. Companies may invite customers, optionally connect transaction records, reply and report policy concerns, but cannot approve publication or pressure reviewers to change genuine feedback.
5. Automated decisions
Content may be held, labelled, rejected or removed under published deterministic rules. Lower proof levels receive longer holds and stricter risk thresholds. Sentiment alone is never a violation.
6. Account security
You are responsible for protecting login details and promptly reporting suspected compromise.
7. Intellectual property
You keep ownership of original content and grant the platform a non-exclusive licence to host, display and distribute it for operating and promoting the service.
8. Disclaimers
Reviews are individual opinions. No technical system can guarantee every statement is accurate, and verification is not an endorsement.
